Reen Ranotta Designs is an independent business based in Ajax, ON, Canada. After creating decor for her own wedding, followed by creating unique home decor in the year following her wedding, Reen Ranotta decided to share her craft with the world in 2018.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed in 2 ways. Click on "Order Now" and enter your information and order in the designated fields. There is plenty of space, so be specific! Alternatively, you can email your order to reenranotta@gmail.com or send screenshots of your cart.
Do you offer shipping?

Due to the weight and size of the products, sometimes shipping costs more than the product itself. We offer shipping on orders over $50, however you may contact us and request a shipping quote if you choose to do so.
Why don't you offer online shopping?

Due to the personalization of products and number of choices we offer, we like to confirm orders and speak to our customers before placing a final order and issuing payment. You are welcome to screen shot your shopping cart and email it to us at reenranotta@gmail.com.
You dont have the colour I want, Can I request colours?"

Of course! Contact us with your preferred colour and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Can you make something that's not offered in your store?

We can try! Our products are customizable so if you have an idea that's different than what is offered, contact us and we'll do our best to produce it for you.
